Cold Calling. I have worked on a wide range of highly complex B2B projects as market research interviewer. I was mainly responsible for international interviews with companies in the Asian Pacific area. The ranges of industries I worked with were chemistry, finance services, management accountants and management consultancy. The primary ability I brought to this role was to identify the key elements of a proposition to elicit the best results. It developed my skills in: time management, accurate data retrieval, communication skills and telephone manner.
